In the building at ul. Mazowiecka 2/4, 2.6 thousand square meters of modern, high standard office and retail-service space have been developed. The façade of the building has gained a more urban character, with classicistic architectural details and large, all-glass window panes on the ground floor that have been added. The ground floor with a mezzanine makes it possible to arrange a club or a restaurant.
It is very conveniently located, with an easy access to public transport (a subway station and several bus lines are nearby). There are many stores, bars, restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity.
